Section 11(1)(a) in The Maharashtra Textile Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1982

(a)having in his possession, custody or control of any property forming part of the undertakings of any textile company, wrongfully withholds such property from the State Textile Corporation; or
