Section 8(3) in Rajasthan Conditions of Detention (Foreigners Act) Order, 1966
(3)Amounts in excess of those prescribed in sub-clause (1) may be received by the Superintendent on behalf of detenus, but these shall not be spent in any month beyond the limits laid down in the said sub-clause.
