23.
All registers and documents connected with the receipts, expenditure and utilisation of the grant sanctioned under these rules shall be open to inspection by the Director/Collectors or other officer authorised by the Director/Collectors in this behalf, by the Internal Auditors of Government and also by the Accountant-General.
