07.10.2024 This is an application seeking substitution of respondents no.4, on the ground that Arshid Ahmad Lone, Chief Accounts Officer, has now been transferred and posted as Chief Accounts Officer, Srinagar Municipal Corporation.
For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed. Mr. Arshid Ahmad Lone, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, Karan Nagar, Srinagar, is substituted in place of respondent no.4-Syed Ahtisham ul Haq, Chief Accounts officer. CM disposed of.
Amended memo of parties be provided before the Registry within a period of one week.
