Section 47(2) in Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950
(2)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, the State Government, the Custodian-General or the Custodian or any other of any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or order made thereunder.
