13. Members of Police-force to receive certificates vesting them with powers of Police-officer
Every member of the Police-force shall receive on his enrolment a certificate (A), under the signature of the Commissioner of Police, by virtue of which he shall be vested with the powers, functions and privileges of a Police-officer.Such certificate shall cease to have effect whenever the person named in it is suspended or dismissed, or otherwise removed from employment in the force.
