Section 7(1)(a) in Rajasthan Women Empowerment (State and Subordinate) Service Rules, 2017

(a)if the Armed Forces/Para Military personnel who are permanently incapacitated are capable of and desirous of obtaining employment for themselves under the State Government, employment shall he given to them.
