(11)The In-charge Vice-Chancellor so appointed shall exercise the powers, perform the functions and discharge the duties of the Vice- Chancellor until the Vice-Chancellor resumes office or, as the case may be, a new Vice-Chancellor is appointed in accordance with sub-section (4), (5) and (6) above.
