Section 20(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Goods Tax Act, 2005
(1)An application for registration shall be in the prescribed form, containing such particulars and information and accompanied by such fee, security and other documents as may be prescribed.Explanation. - The Commissioner may specify certain classes of persons who may not be required to furnish a security.
