Section 31 in Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995
31. Inspection.
- For the purpose of satisfying itself, that the requirements of this Act and the rules made thereunder or the terms and conditions of the certificate of registration granted under this Chapter or licence granted under section 5 of a promoter or an estate agent are duly complied with, the competent authority may inspect or cause to be inspected, at any time during business hours, any accounts or records of a promoter or an estate agent relating to such business.
