Section 9(5) in Bihar Agricultural University Act, 2010
(5)One third of the members of the Board shall form quorum at a meeting of the Board:Provided that if a meeting of the Board is adjourned for want of quorum, no quorum shall be necessary at the next meeting called for transacting the same business.
