7. Certificate on coupon books.
- Every coupon books shall contain the following certificate affixed by the Secretary, namely ;-"I hereby certify that Shri/Shrimati/Kumari............is the ex-member of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly, and First Class/Air Conditioned Sleeper Second Class/Second Class Sleeper tickets may be issued in exchange of the rail travel coupons by which he/she only would entitle to travel by first class or by second class air conditioned sleeper or with the spouse or an attendant by second class sleeper or by second class within the State of Madhya Pradesh without any restriction and outside the State of Madhya Pradesh only to the extent of 3000 Kilometres per financial year under sub-section (3) of Section 5-A of the Act."Signature of Ex-MemberAttested| Secretary Madhya Pradesh | Secretary Madhya Pradesh |
