Section 96(1) in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
(1)All moneys received by the Zila Parishad shall constitute a fund called the Zila Parishad Fund and shall be applied for the purposes specified in this Act and for such other purposes and in such manner as may be prescribed.
