45. Suits under the [Tamil Nadu] [Substituted for the word 'Madras' by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1969 as amended by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws (Second Amendment) Order, 1969.] Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
- In a suit under section 14 of the [Tamil Nadu] [Substituted for the word 'Madras' by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1969 as amended by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws (Second Amendment) Order, 1969.] Survey and Boimdaries Act, 1923 [(Tamil Nadu) Act VIII of 1923] [Substituted for the word 'Madras' by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1969 as amended by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of laws (Second Amendment) Order, 1969.], fee shall be computed on one-half of the market value of the property affected by the determination of the boundary or on [rupees one thousand] [Substituted for the words 'rupees three hundred' by the Tamil Nadu Court-fees and Suits Valuation (Amendment) Act, 2003 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 2003) with effect from 15th June 2003.], whichever is higher.
