14. The Governing Council of Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council (APSHEC).
- The Governing·Council of APSHEC shall be constituted as follows:-| (a) | Hon'ble Minister (Education): (Chairperson); | (Ex-officio) |
| (b) | Hon'ble Minister of State (Education) or aneminent Educationist as may be determined by the Government:(Vice-Chairperson); | |
| (c) | Commissioner, Education: Member; | |
| (d) | Commissioner/Secretary to Hon'ble Governor:Member; | |
| (e) | Secretary , Education: (Member Secretary); | |
| (f) | Secretary, Finance & Investment: (Member); | |
| (g) | Secretary, Skill.Development: (Member); | |
| (h) | Secretary, Industry: (Member); | |
| (i) | One nominee from Higher Education, MHRD:(Member); | |
| (j) | Director, H& TE-cum-SPD (RUSA): (Member); | (Ex-officio) |
| (k) | Four prominent and eminent professors/academicians/ educationist from different fields: (Member); | |
