Section 79(1) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2006
(1)Every elector who has been permitted to vote under rule 78 shall maintain secrecy of voting within the polling station and for that purpose observe the voting procedure hereinafter laid down.
