Section 13(1) in West Bengal Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2013
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973,(2 of 1974) every offence punishable under this Act or any rule made thereunder shall be triable only by the Designated Court within whose local jurisdiction the offence has been committed,
