Section 20(1) in The Rajasthan Self-Financed Private Universities Ordinance, 2004
(1)The Board of Management shall consist of the following members, namely:-(a)the Vice-Chancellor;(b)two members of the Governing Body, nominated by the sponsoring body;(c)three persons, who are not the members of the Governing Body, nominated by the sponsoring body;(d)three persons from amongst the Principals, Directors or Teachers, nominated by the sponsoring body;(e)two teachers, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.
