Section 9(1)(i) in The M.P. Panchayat Contract Service (Indian System of Medicine Unani and Homeopathy) Rules, 1999

(i)The upper age limit shall be relaxed in the case of voluntary Home Guards and non-commissioned officers of Home Guards for the period of service rendered to by them subject to the limit of 8 years, but in no case their age should exceed 38 years.
