1 By way of the present application, the applicant has prayed to restore Criminal Misc. Application No.9506 of 2017, which was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections.
2. Having heard learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is allowed. Criminal Misc. Application No.9506 of 2017 is hereby restored to file on condition that the applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today, if not removed. With this, the application is disposed of.
