At the very outset, it is noticed that since the facts and question of law involved in this case are similar to OA No.2639/2012, which was disposed of by a Coordinate Bench of this Tribunal on 27.02.2015, therefore, the directions passed in the said OA mutatis mutandis would apply to the present OA also. Accordingly, the OA is disposed of in terms of the directions passed in OA No.2639/2012, dated 27.02.2015. There shall be no order as to costs.
Registry is directed to enclose a certified copy of the Order dated 27.02.2015, passed in OA No.2639/2012 with a copy of this order.
