Section 2(j) in The Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992
(j)"Institution" means educational institution recognised by the Intermediate Education Council under this Act or the Institutions imparting Intermediate (+2) standard Education admitted to the privilege of maintained and controlled by the Universities in Bihar before promulgation of this Act,
