Section 263A(2) in West Bengal Municipal Corporation Act, 2006
(2)After receipt of online application, the shall be sent by the Corporation to all the concerned regulatory authorities, such as Fire and Emergency Services Department, Environment Department etc., wherever necessary, for parallel processing of such application.
