Section 215(1) in The Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963
(1)In the event of the municipal borough or any part thereof being at any time threatened or visited with an outbreak of any dangerous disease, the municipality shall take all measures as the Collector may deem necessary for the purpose of preventing meeting, mitigating or suppressing such outbreak.
