Section 8 in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu (Merger of Union territories) Act, 2019
8. Extension of jurisdiction of High Court of Bombay.
- On and from the appointed day, the jurisdiction of the High Court of Bombay shall continue to extend to the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
