134. [ Application for exemption under section 10. [Substituted by G. N. of 21.2.1978.]
- Every application for exemption under section 10 for exhibition of cinematograph films outside the licensed cinema theatres shall be made to the Collector of the District concerned, and unless prevented by sufficient cause, be made at least ten days before the date of the proposed cinematograph exhibition.]
