Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the 1st respondent to provisionally appoint the
petitioner as part time sweepers towards the existing available vacancies
forthwith by implementing Ext.P2 select list pending disposal of the above
writ petition.
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S. K.B.ARUNKUMAR, POOJA K.S., RANJIT BABU Advocates for the petitioner,
SRI. P.C SASIDHARAN Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and of GOVERNMENT
PLEADER for the respondents 3 and 4, the court passed the following:
ORDER
The learned Standing Counsel to get instructions as to the existence of vacancies in the post of part time sweepers and whether the petitioner can be accommodated in the vacancies as per the rank list published.
