Singh, Advocate v/s Lucknow Development Authority and others  .....Respondents Through :- Mr. Ratnesh Chandra, Mr. Shobhit Mohan Shukla & Mr. Madan Mohan Pandey, Advocates for respondent No.1, Mr. Namit Sharma, Advocate for respondent Nos.2 & 3 and Mr. Sanjay Sarin, Additional Chief Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4 & 5  CORAM : HON'BLE RAJESH BINDAL, CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, JUDGE ORDER 1.         This order will dispose of two petitions, namely, Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No.5371 of 2008 and Contempt Application (Civil) No.360 of 2018.  2.         The issue raised is that certain colonies were transferred by the Lucknow Development Authority to Lucknow Nagar Nigam and Jal Kal, Lucknow Nagar Nigam without providing basic amenities.  3.          At the time of hearing, the issue was limited to provide facilities of sewer, water supply and drains in Viraj Khand (Commercial) and drains in Vineet Khand and Virat Khand. Though specific issue with reference thereto has not been raised in the petition but still, as submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, the aforesaid facilities were provided in the aforesaid areas and for remaining facilities, requisite funds were transferred to the transferee of the colonies. 4.         Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and the fact that the matter is pending in this Court for the last more than one decade, we do not wish to go into the minor details, when the stand taken by the respondents is that all infrastructures and facilities have been provided and for the remaining, funds have been transferred.
