Section 4(e) in The Rajasthan Industrial Housing Allotment Rules, 1957
(e)The minutes of a meeting shall be kept in a separate book (known as the Minutes Book) specially maintained for the purpose. The minutes of each meeting shall be confirmed with such notifications as may be necessary, at the next meeting and shall be signed by the Chairman.
