Section 1(4)(a) in The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Specified Commodities Markets (Regulation of Location) Act, 1983

(a)It applies in the first instance in [Brihan Mumbai] [These words were substituted for the words 'Greater Bombay' by Maharashtra 25 of 1996, Schedule, clause 3(b).] to the two commodities that is to say, (1) textiles, and (2) iron and steel, which are specified in the Schedule.
