                               ORDER

(Per: Mr. Sanjeev Gupta, Judicial Member) In the light of compliance report filed by learned A.A.G. alongwith order dated 06.10.2025, pursuance to the directions of this Tribunal dated 02.06.2025 in T.A. No. 1001 of 2020, there is no need to file rejoinder to the said compliance report.

2. In view of the compliance report alongwith order dated 06.10.2025, nothing further survives in this Contempt Petition, which stands closed. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available to them under law.
