Section 23(1) in Sakri Canals Irrigation Rules, 1952
(1)The Sub-divisional Canal Officer may supply water-(a)for manufacturing of bricks, at the rate of Rs. 50 per 1,00,000 bricks;(b)for constructing mud walls, at the rate of twenty five paise per 100 c. ft. of walling.
