Section 6(1) in THE UTTAR PRADESH SPECIAL SECURITY FORCE ACT, 2020
(1)The superintendence of the Force shall vest in the Director General of Police and subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, and the command, supervision and administration of the Force shall vest in the Additional Director General referred to in section 4.
