30E. Deposition of compensation amount.
(a)The Tehsildar shall then order the Khatedar tenant to deposit the amount of compensation within two months of the order or in suitable cases may also provide for payment in instalments.(b)The Tehsildar shall inform the owner, when the money is deposited and shall pay the same to him as soon as he requests for it.
