17. Section 43 (1).
- The provisions of Rule 20 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1953, shall apply mutatis mutandis in case of vouchers in J.B. Form 10 not encashed for more than three months, lost, destroyed or mutilated.
