3. Keeping the question of limitation open, issue notice to Opposite Party No.1 by Registered Post with A.D. Requisites shall be filed within two weeks, as undertaken.
4. List this matter after service return from Opposite Party No.1.
5. As an interim measure, it is directed that, there shall be interim stay of operation of the impugned order vide Annexure-1, till the next date.
