Section 285(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(1)No person shall use or employ in any factory or any other place any whistle or trumpet operated by steam or by mechanical means for the purpose of summoning or dismissing workmen or persons employed except under and in accordance with the condition of a licence from the Council.
