Section 18(1) in The Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education Act, 2017
(1)All members, officers and employees of the Council shall be deemed, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any provisions of this Act, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
