DATED : 28.01.2022

1. Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and all the learned Advocates agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is not in dispute that facts of this petition are similar to those involved in Writ Petition No.5441 of 2021 and Writ Petition No. 5444 of 2021, both of which have been dismissed by a common order dated 24.01.2022, holding that as no part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court, the writ petitions were not liable to be entertained on merits.

4. Considering the similarity of facts, even this petition is liable to meet the same fate as the aforestated 2 W.P.No.439.2022 two writ petitions on same reasons as given in the judgment dated 24.01.2022.

5. Accordingly, we hold that this petition is not maintainable on merits and, therefore, it is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction to entertain the challenges as raised. Needles to state that the points raised in this petition are kept open. No costs.

                                    JUDGE JUDGE
