39. Repeal and Saving.
(1)All rules and orders in force immediately before the commencement of these rules in so far as they relate to matters provided for in these rules, are hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal claims which arose before and are pending at the commencement of these rules shall be disposed of under these rules.Form - I[Rule 8(3) Certificate]
