Section 8(1) in The Orissa Kendu Leaves (Control of Trade) Rules, 1962
(1)Any person aggrieved by an.order of rejection under Rule 5 may within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the copy of such order prefer an appeal to the Conservator of Forests, within whose jurisdiction the unit is situated.
