Section 55(2) in Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008
(2)If any such direction is not complied with by the body to whom it is issued, it shall be competent for the Authority to take necessary action to carry out the directions issued under sub-section (1) and recover expenses, if any, incurred therefor from the body concerned.
