Section 11(3) in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1) and (2), the nominated member of the Board shall hold office during the pleasure of the Government and shall be removed at any time by the Government, if it deems fit.
