Section 23(1)(ii) in Jharkhand Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2016

(ii)on the receipt of any information relating to his nationlaity, age, health, or of antecedents, the Appointing Authority is satisfied that he is ineligible or otherwise unfit for being a member of the Service.
