Section 19 in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
19. May permit to submit additional documents.
- In his discretion the arbitrator may at the request of any party permit to submit additional documents relating to the claim or dispute or at his initiative may direct a party to submit additional documents.
