Mr. CS Kotwani, for the petitioner

                           ORDER

-----

Heard.

It is contended that the petitioner being disabled having 45 percent of blindness, has been transferred to a place which is not very convenient to reach. The name of the petitioner was reflected in the list prepared for counseling at serial No. 4 and against his name, it was mentioned that he was suffering from a disability. However, no heed was paid to his disability while issuing the transfer/ posting orders.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that after the transfer order was issued, a representation was immediately preferred. However, the same has not been decided as yet.

By way of this writ petition, a limited prayer is made that the petitioner who is suffering with 45 percent disability (vision) be posted at a convenient place.

In view of the limited prayer made, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner submits a fresh representation along with the certified copy of the order, the same be considered and decided by passing a speaking order preferably within a period of four weeks on the receipt of the same.
