Section 8 in The Gujarat Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1991
8. Resignation by nominated members.
- A nominated member may resign his office by giving one month's notice in writing to the Bar Council and on such resignation being accepted by the Bar Council the nominated member shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
