Section 6(viii) in The Bihar State Bar Council Advocates' (Welfare) Pension Scheme, 2008
(viii)To pay the monthly based pension amount prescribed by the Bar Council or Pension Committee to its members or their nominee-husbands or wives through the Bank or Post office or another means decided by the Pension Committee, unanimously.
