(2)Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] [Substituted by Act 29 of 1997 w.e.f. 20.10.1997.] under this section may, within thirty days from the date of such decision or order appeal to the District Judge and the decision of the District Judge on such appeal shall be final.
