Section 39(1) in Himachal Pradesh Technical University Act, 2014
(1)The Authorities of the University may make Regulations consistent with the provisions of this Act and the Statutes in the manner prescribed for conduct of their own business and that of the Committees, if any, appointed by them, not provided by this Act or the Statutes.
